Aerowhizz Bookings (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) is an independent travel agency. Refund eligibility for airline tickets is determined primarily by the airline's own fare rules and applicable regulations — not solely by Aerowhizz. Our agents will always explain your available options clearly before processing any cancellation.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, airlines operating flights to, from, or within the United States must allow passengers to cancel reservations without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight departs at least 7 days from the purchase date. If you need to cancel within this window, call us immediately — we will process the cancellation and submit your full refund request to the airline on your behalf.
Fully refundable fares entitle you to a cash refund to your original payment method upon cancellation, minus any applicable Aerowhizz service fees. Refundable ticket holders may cancel at any time prior to departure.

If the airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund to your original payment method regardless of your fare type. Aerowhizz Bookings service fees charged for bookings, modifications, and cancellations are generally non-refundable, even when the underlying airline ticket qualifies for a refund. All service fees are disclosed before any transaction is completed.
Aerowhizz does not control airline refund timelines. Once we submit your refund request to the airline, processing time is determined by the airline internally.
